Washed and etched the rudder pieces. (2 hours)

More rudder dimpling and deburring (4 hours).

Dimpled and deburred the rudder. (1 hour)

Trim and drill the rudder horn brace.  Trim bottom fiberglass tip attach strips.

Flute the rudder ribs.  Cleco on the tip ribs, counter balance skin, and rudder skins.  Match drill all holes.
